CR-Lite™ and MMDE frameworks, available for institutional and commercial use under formal license.

The EM Foundation develops AI accountability infrastructure — frameworks, standards, and tools that make AI reasoning transparent, verifiable, and auditable. Two of those frameworks are now available for licensing: CR-Lite™, the Foundation's continuity receipt standard, and the Multi-Model Deliberation Engine (MMDE). Licensed organizations gain the right to implement these frameworks in their products and display the CR-Lite™ Verified trust mark — a signal to users that the platform's AI reasoning meets the Foundation's accountability standards.

Why Licensing Matters Any organization can claim their AI is "transparent" or "accountable." A CR-Lite™ license means something different: it means the platform's AI outputs are structured under a third-party standard, generated with verifiable receipts, and subject to the Foundation's ongoing governance. The trust mark is not decorative — it is a live, revocable signal backed by verification infrastructure.

Receipt Tiers

CR-Lite™ receipts are structured accountability documents attached to AI outputs. They tell users — and auditors — exactly what happened: which model ran, at what confidence, through what reasoning steps, and under what standard. The tier determines depth.

Basic
Single Query
Model ID, confidence level, session timestamp, matter or query reference. Available under CR-Lite™ License.
Standard
Multi-Step Analysis
Basic + reasoning steps, classification basis, confidence evolution across the analysis. Available under CR-Lite™ License.
Full
MMDE Deliberation
Standard + multi-model rounds, adversarial positions, dissent notation, Red Team flag. Requires MMDE License.
Verified
Trust Mark
All licensed platforms display the CR-Lite™ Verified mark — a live-verified signal, not a static badge. Revocable by the Foundation.
How Verification Works

A static badge image can be copied by anyone. The CR-Lite™ trust mark is different — it is backed by live verification infrastructure that makes spoofing impossible.

Step 1
Unique License ID
Each licensee receives a unique license ID (e.g. CRL-001-CECERON) embedded in every receipt and trust mark display.
Step 2
Verified Embed
Licensed platforms implement a Foundation-hosted JavaScript widget. It calls our verification API on every page load — cannot be faked with a copied image.
Step 3
Public Registry
Clicking any CR-Lite™ badge opens the licensee's public record on this site — name, tier, licensed products, issue date, and live status.
Revocation License status is live. If a licensee breaches the agreement, the Foundation revokes the license and the verified embed immediately reflects "Revoked" status across every deployment. There is no delay and no way for the licensee to continue displaying a valid trust mark after revocation.

All active CR-Lite™ licenses are publicly listed here. This registry is the authoritative record of which organizations are authorized to display the CR-Lite™ Verified trust mark.
