Flat annual contributions that fund AI accountability infrastructure. No revenue sharing. No financial reporting. No audit rights.
Fees associated with CR-Lite™ licensing are stewardship contributions — not commercial license fees. They fund the Foundation's ongoing accountability infrastructure: maintenance of the public license registry, development of verification systems, continued AI governance research, and publication of standards. No licensee is required to share revenue figures, financial records, or proprietary business information. Organization type is self-declared.

Organizations licensing the Multi-Model Deliberation Engine (MMDE) in addition to CR-Lite™ contribute an additional stewardship amount based on deliberation volume and organizational type. MMDE licensing includes CR-Lite™ Full receipt tier. Contact the Foundation for MMDE stewardship terms.
Fees are set to sustain the Foundation's work, not to maximize revenue. A bank and a startup do not pay the same amount — but both gain equal standing in the public registry and equal trust mark rights.
No licensee — including the largest enterprise — is ever asked to open their books. Self-declaration is sufficient. The Foundation's accountability standard is about AI transparency, not organizational surveillance.
This schedule is public, applies equally to all licensees of the same type, and is reviewed annually. Changes apply prospectively only — no retroactive fee increases for existing licensees.
